    President
    Since founding J. Scott Catering in 1995, Scott Walsh has built a reputation for delivering exceptional catering and personalized service across the Philadelphia region. Under his leadership, the company has earned both local and national acclaim—including being named Best Caterer by Main Line Today for eight consecutive years. A graduate of Paul Smith’s College, where he was recognized as Most Outstanding Culinary Arts Graduate, Scott began his career at Virginia’s renowned Inn at Little Washington before returning to Pennsylvania to launch his own company. His attention to detail, creativity, and client-first philosophy continue to set the standard.

    Sales Director
    With more than eight years helping couples find their dream venues through J. Scott Catering and Queen of Hearts Catering, Ariane Graham guides clients through every step—from tours and date holds to introductions with planners. She thrives on crafting a smooth, engaging experience that reflects each couple’s vision. When not busy coordinating, Graham enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors, which fuels her positive and adaptable approach.

    Starting her wedding industry career during her senior year of college in 2021, Ryleigh Edmonds quickly developed a passion for event planning. In 2023, she joined Queen of Hearts Catering, where she continues to hone her skills and deepen her expertise. Known for her strong commitment to collaboration, Ryleigh works closely with clients to fully understand and realize their unique visions. Her dedication and precision ensure that each wedding is distinct and thoughtfully executed, creating meaningful memories for every couple.

    General Manager
    With 19 years of experience in the culinary industry, DJ brings a seasoned perspective and a passion for hospitality to his role as General Manager. After years spent refining his craft in a variety of kitchens, he went on to serve as Executive Chef for nearly five years—developing not only a deep commitment to culinary excellence but also a strong leadership style rooted in collaboration and guest experience. Today, DJ applies that dual expertise to oversee operations, foster innovation, and create an atmosphere where quality and teamwork elevate every aspect of service. His journey has been one of continuous growth, driven by a desire to push boundaries and deliver memorable moments through food and hospitality.
